This is not an all inclusive list, and we reserve the right to deem
any transmission from our servers, that we see fit, as spam.
The vast majority of spam complains originate with a complaint from an
outside source.
How we proceed with a complaint
If we receive a complaint about Spam email from any of our
servers as a result of your actions, we will suspend your
service temporarily while we conduct an investigation into the
allegations, usually within 2 business days.
Should the accusation prove to be false, your account will be credited
with twice the amount of downtime, and the offending false accuser will be
added to a list of banned accusers.
Should the accusation prove to be true, and you have less than 10
instances, you will be given a warning.
Should the accusation prove to be true, and you have less than 100
instances of spam, your account will be suspended for one (1) week.
Should the accusation prove to be true, and you have more than 100
instances of spam, your account will be terminated and all remaining fees
will be forfeited to Computer-Essence.
Your appeal rights
This is the United States, you have the right to appeal (Even if
you don't live here).
Your refund rights
Computer-Essence will make no monetary refunds regarding spam
complaints.
Should an accusation be proven false after the imposition of any of
the above actions, the only recourse shall be the return of the removed
time.
As compensation for any inconvenience, we will add a quantity of
time that is equal to the amount of time taken, to the existing time.
